Aroma of yeast, banana, phenols, resin, herbs and faint citrus. Pours clear dark amber color with medium sized soapy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Tastes sweet bready, resinous, citrusy, herbal and earthy with quite bitter finish. Medium body, sticky texture and lively carbonation in palate.
