Appearance: clear amberish golden with medium sized white head. Aroma: spice, apricot, sweet malts and a trace of cap gun smoke. Taste: above medium sweetness and medium bitterness. Notes of spice, sweet malts, some stonefruits. Palate: medium bodied, oily texture and lively carbonation. Overall: quite sweet, lightly spicy.

This is an essential step in case the customer requests compensation or a replacement.

For any breakdown or problem with your PerfectDraft machine, we invite you to contact the Philips after-sales service to take care of your machine. The machine is guaranteed for 2 years by the brand. In order to check and / or repair the machine, you must contact the following number: 00 33 1 57 32 40 51. Get your invoice first, which you will find in your "My account" customer area. They will direct you to a specialized repairer who will check the machine and make the necessary arrangements.
