Crystal clear straw, white head. Aroma: some spicy clove notes, astringency, no malts or rich fruity esters. Similar taste - like a dumbed down weizen, with less intensity, next to none malts, and with some sun-dried tomatoes off notes. Removing the hefe from a weizen is not a good idea.
