Clear, golden with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral, moderately yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, clove, honey, mirabelle and light grains. Gently sweet, malty, quite yeasty-spicy, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of grains, vanilla, lemon peel, mirabelle and some clove, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation.
