Tennent's Lager is a well-known Scottish beer brewed by Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow, owned by C&C Group. Established in 1885, Tennent's Lager has become one of Scotland's iconic beers, renowned for its crisp and refreshing taste. It is brewed using traditional methods with malted barley and hops, creating a distinct flavor profile. Tennent's Lager is recognized for its distinctive red "T" logo and has maintained a strong presence in the beer market for over a century.

Corona Extra is a popular Mexican beer known for its light and refreshing taste. Brewed by Grupo Modelo, it was first introduced in 1925. The beer is often served with a wedge of lime or lemon, adding a citrusy twist to its flavor profile. It gained international fame for its association with beach culture and is often enjoyed as a symbol of relaxation and leisure. Despite its widespread popularity, it faced some controversy in 2020 when unfounded concerns about the beer's association with the COVID-19 virus emerged due to its name similarity. However, these claims were widely debunked, and Corona Extra remains a well-loved beer worldwide.

This Lager takes its inspiration from the German style of lager, Helles. Helles was first produced in Munich in the late 1800s as an alternative to the typical ‘dunkelbier’ (‘dark coloured beer’) produced in the area (‘Helles’ means ‘light-coloured’ in German).
These, like the first Helles beer that was brewed back in 1894, has a sweet, malty flavour balanced with a light aromatic hoppiness that makes it very refreshing.
The brewer uses Naked Golden Oats to make his Lager. Naked Golden Oats are grown without husks so that even more sweetness and flavour can be extracted from the grains during brewing.
