A classic Lager with Italian character and charm.
It is produced using Grano Senatore Cappelli to give it intensity and softness and Scorze D’Arancia to make it incredibly fresh.
It is a beer with a bright golden color and an inviting foam. The nose is fragrant and intense with notes of cereal and bread crust, in the mouth it is elegant but firm. The delicate malt, the slender body and the subtle carbonation play in fantastic balance, to close with a clean finish that invites a second sip.

Pours clear gold with a tight, creamy pure white head. Serviceable lager, pleasant dry straw, biscuits, mild grassy bitterness and husky grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly clean on the finish, more pale grains, hay, nips of lemon peel and grass and biscuity pale malts. Drinks fine.
