This process also has the particularity of reducing the carbon dioxide content and obtaining a beer that is pleasant to drink with low carbonation.

Brouwerij Huyghe is a Belgian family brewery, located in Melle, East Flanders and was founded around 1900. The brewery is mainly known for the Delerium beers. The Delerium Tremens saw the light in 1988 and has since been filled in striking white bottles. Most recognizable are the pink elephants on the labels.
